Camps, Sports and Excursions Funding (CSEF) 2026

The Victorian Government’s Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides financial assistance to eligible families to help cover some of the cost of school-based activities such as camps, excursions, sporting programs and outdoor education.

Families who hold a valid means-tested concession card may receive up to $400 per eligible Primary or Secondary School student in 2026.

  1. Check your eligibility here.
  2. Fill in the Application Form.
  3. Bring in your physical Concession or Health Care Card and completed Application Form to the Main Office during Office Hours (8.30am - 4.00pm, during Term or holidays, not open public holidays).

If you applied for CSEF at the College last year, you do not need to complete an application form this year unless there has been a change in your family circumstances.

Changes to Years 7 - 10 Reports

As part of implementing the Australian Curriculum Version 9, the College has reviewed and refined the Years 7–10 Interim and Semester Report templates. These updates ensure the College’s reporting processes remain aligned with the revised curriculum and continue to provide clear, meaningful information about student learning and progress.

Enrolments

2027

We have limited vacancies for next year and would encourage you to submit your Enrolment Application Form as soon as possible if you wish your child to be considered for a place.

2028

We are now accepting enrolments for 2028 and beyond (particularly Prep and Year 7) and look forward to hearing from you if you wish to enrol your child(ren).

We are receiving a high volume of enrolment applications and have waiting lists in some year levels. If you wish your child to be considered for entry into 2027 or 2028, we ask that you contact the Admissions Team as soon as possible.

Notice to Withdraw

Parents are reminded of their obligation to give the College one full term’s notice, in writing to the Principal, if their children are not continuing at Oxley Christian College. The lack of one term’s notice will result in the payment of one term’s Tuition Fees.

It is also a legal requirement for you to inform us of the school to which your child’s enrolment is transferring to.

Non-Resident Visa Holders and New Australian Citizens

For school reporting requirements, please inform the Director of Admissions (clewis@oxley.vic.edu.au) if there have been any changes to you or your child’s residency Visa for Australia. For example:

1.         you or your child have recently become Australian Citizens;

2.         you or your child have been granted a new Visa; or

3.         your current Visas have expired and you are now on Bridging Visas.

The College will require evidence of the change in Visa status for the student and at least one parent, e.g. Australian Citizenship Certificate, Australian Passport, or a copy of your new Visa(s).

Please contact our Director of Admissions if you have any questions.

Director of Admissions
