Year 7 & 10 Vaccinations

We are pleased to inform you that Year 7 and Year 10 students will have the opportunity to receive their vaccination at Cecil Hills High School, free of charge. 

Vaccine Details: 

Monday, 15th of June 2026 - Year 7 students are offered a single-dose vaccine for diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (whooping cough) and a single-dose vaccine for human papillomavirus (HPV). 

Monday, 26th of October 2026 - Year 10 students are offered a single dose vaccine for meningococcal ACWY vaccine. 

If your child is absent on the scheduled vaccination day, a catch-up session will be offered later in the year to ensure they receive their vaccinations. 

To ensure your child receives their vaccination, please provide your consent by completing the online form via the link provided below. To provide online consent, you will need to sign in/sign up to ServiceNSW. If you prefer, paper consent forms are available from the school office.
