RecLink | Bowling

Students recently enjoyed an outing to the bowling alley as part of their sports elective program. Bowling is offered as a special choice activity, giving students the opportunity to try something different while building confidence, coordination, and teamwork in a fun environment.

The lanes were filled as students were eagerly hoping to grab a strike or spare. It was great to see classmates encouraging one another and celebrated great shots. For many students, it was not only about improving their bowling skills but also about spending time together and enjoying a positive group experience.

While bowling is a special outing, students also take part in a variety of other sporting activities throughout the term. In other weeks, the group uses indoor basketball courts or have the chance to play on indoor soccer courts at Epping leisure centre.

These opportunities are made possible through the generous support of RecLink, whose funding allows students to access quality sporting facilities and experiences. Thanks to this support, students can stay active, try new sports, and enjoy meaningful recreational opportunities together.
