Don Bosco

Students enjoyed a fantastic end-of-term excursion to Don Bosco Youth Centre, where the day was filled with fun, movement, and strong social connection. Throughout the visit, students took part in a wide range of activities including basketball, trampolining, pool tables, table tennis, and air hockey, creating plenty of opportunities to work together, communicate, and build positive peer relationships.

A highlight for many was the chance to interact with animals at the centre, which encouraged calm, shared experiences and conversation among students. Visiting local op shops also provided opportunities for students to engage with one another, make decisions together, and support each other in a relaxed setting.

The day was topped off with a shared pizza lunch, where students could unwind, connect, and reflect on the day together. Overall, the excursion was a highly positive way to celebrate the end of term, strengthening friendships and supporting student wellbeing through meaningful social interaction.
