Principal's Message

Mr Ben Morgan | Principal

Dear Families,

Last week, our school community came together to celebrate the Feast Day of Saint Mary MacKillop with a special liturgy. It was a beautiful occasion to reflect on her message of faith, service, and kindness. The message we continue to share with our students is very powerful. Never see a need without doing something about it. I’m sure you will agree, the world would be a better place if everyone followed this advice.

There is a buzz of excitement in the playground, with our new play space almost ready for action! Students can often be seen peering over the fence to catch a glimpse of the new fort, slide, and flying fox, eager for the day they can explore and enjoy them. After construction works and safety inspections are completed in the coming weeks we will be ready to go!

Our Grade 5 and Grade 6 students have been proudly representing our school in the football and netball roster, showing fantastic teamwork, sportsmanship, and school spirit.

A big thank you to all the parents and families who attended our assembly last week. Your support means so much to our students and staff. Our next assembly will be held on 22 September, when Grades 3 and 4 will share their learning with the school community. We look forward to seeing you there!

Remember, you can always stay up to date with important events and activities by checking our community calendar on the school website.

We know how difficult it is to stay on top of social media and other online platforms. The eSafety Parents website is a great resource which gives advice and information to help keep our children safe.

Have a great weekend!
