Year 1 Assembly

Our Year 1 students proudly presented their assembly on the topic of Community Helpers. Through songs, speaking roles, and colourful costumes, the children shared their learning about the many people who help make our community a safe, healthy, and happy place to live.

The students highlighted the important roles of teachers, doctors, nurses, police officers, firefighters, farmers, postal workers, and many other helpers who support us every day. They explained how these community members work hard to care for others and contribute to the wellbeing of our neighbourhoods.

A key message from the assembly was that everyone can be a helper. The students demonstrated ways they can make a positive difference by showing kindness, helping others, sharing, and being responsible at school and at home.

We are incredibly proud of the confidence, enthusiasm, and teamwork displayed by our Year 1 students.
