Hospitality Highlights

This week, our Year 12 and 11 Certificate III Hospitality students completed assessments designed to provide hands-on industry experience. Members of our community were treated with delicious food and wonderful service!

Italian Community Feast - Year 12

Designed to celebrate Italian culture through food and hospitality, Year 12 students researched Italian culinary traditions and cuisine to plan, prepare and present simple Italian dishes reflecting authentic flavours. 

The meal was enjoyed by invited members of the community in our beautiful La Foresta grounds adjacent to the hospitality rooms. 

Delamore Morning Tea - Year 11

Year 11 students worked in groups of four to prepare a selection of baked and battered goods for morning tea. Served to local community members from Delamore Retirement Community, the guests were delighted with the range of items presented and thanked the students for their welcoming hospitality.
