Year 3 Learning about Reconciliation
We have been learning about Reconciliation. Reconciliation is when you get forgiven by God for your sins. The priest says the words "I absolve you of your sins, in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit." This means you're forgiven for your sins. The priest can’t see you so they won’t know who is it, this is because its a private time. Olivia is making her reconciliation next week.
By Ivy and Olivia
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is when people go to confess their sins to a priest. The priest will talk to you and you are forgiven by the Holy Spirit.
