Reconciliation Week

Maths

Students enjoyed making 3D objects from plasticine and playdough.  We cut them parallel to the base or perpendicular to the base and explored the shape of the cross-sections.

Respectful Relationships

In Respectful Relationships, we have been learning how to solve social problems.  Children wrote some realistic 'Dear Dorothy' letters, and then worked in groups to come up with solutions.  Here you see them taking on roles and offering advice from the perspective of a doctor, a beautician, a sports coach, a grandparent, a psychologist or a movie star.
