From the Executive Principal's Desk

Recently, our College community came together on a beautiful spring-like morning for an outdoor assembly in which we conducted the burial of our 25th-anniversary time capsule. It was a powerful reminder of the legacy we are building here, rooted in our shared faith and commitment to one another.

Over the previous few months, students had been creating and collecting items to represent their experiences and aspirations in 2024. These items include letters, drawings, photographs, small artifacts, or any creative work that captured the essence of our school community. These were squeezed into the steel casket and the lid firmly screwed on. As we gathered to bury this capsule for another 25 years, I was struck by the deep sense of connection that binds us as a Christian school community. It was not just a ceremony; it was a celebration of the values we hold dear - values that are passed down from generation to generation, grounded in the teachings of Christ.

The event served as a beautiful reflection of our school’s mission: to nurture not only the minds but also the hearts and souls of our students. In a world that often feels uncertain, it is our faith in Him that anchors us, guiding our decisions and shaping the way we interact with one another. The time capsule is now a symbol of our dedication to fostering a community where faith, hope, and love thrive. I am sure there will be students who will return as parents with their own students in 25 year’s time as we unearth it again.

I am filled with gratitude for each member of our school - students, staff, and families - who contribute to making our community such a special place. As we look to the future, let us continue to support one another in faith, trusting that God’s hand is at work in all that we do.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this time capsule project and for being a part of this wonderful community. Together, we are not just making history; we are living out our Christian values in a way that will influence the world for many generations to come.

Grace and Peace
