March 2026

The Year 7-8 SEED Program has begun for the year, with Athletics launching the 2026 sporting calendar. This first unit provides students with the opportunity to fine-tune their skills across all disciplines as they prepare for the College Year 7-12 Athletics Day on 26 February.
It is an incredible sight to see around 300 students from four campuses training together, supported by a team of dedicated and knowledgeable athletics coaches. The energy, focus and commitment on display is a real credit to our Year 7-8 students and the SEED and Year 7-8 teams who make this program such a success.

State School Spectacular

Now in our 13th year of involvement, the Victorian State Schools Spectacular continues to provide our students with an extraordinary opportunity to shine, as part of this spectacular 3 hour production..
Over the years, many Northern Bay students have proudly represented our school in this truly spectacular event, and 2026 is no exception. This year, students from every campus are taking part, showcasing their talent, commitment and school spirit. We are thrilled to introduce our 2026 Victorian State Schools Spectacular Mass Dance and Mass Choir participants and look forward to celebrating their journey throughout the year.

The Wizard of OZ

WOW—what incredible talent we have here at Northern Bay!
With half of the term already completed, our students involved in The Wizard of Oz have been nothing short of outstanding. From energetic rehearsals to focused script work and choreography practice, their dedication, enthusiasm and teamwork have truly brought this much-loved classic to life. Every week we continue to see growing confidence, stronger performances and a wonderful sense of collaboration across the cast and crew.
Behind the scenes, our production team has also been hard at work. With crew interviews nearly completed, we are excited to see all elements of the show begin to come together — from costumes and props to lighting and stage management. It’s a fantastic whole-college effort, and the pride our students are showing in their work has been inspiring.
Be sure to save the dates: Thursday 18th, Friday 19th and Saturday 20th (with two performances on Saturday). We can’t wait to share this spectacular production of the Wizard of Oz with our school community!
