Students in leadership positions play a vital role in shaping a positive, inclusive and connected College community. By representing student voice, modelling our values and supporting their peers across year levels and campuses, student leaders help strengthen relationships between students, staff and the wider community.
Their involvement builds confidence, responsibility and collaboration, while ensuring that decisions and initiatives across the College are informed by the perspectives of those at the heart of our learning community.
At Northern Bay College, we have a structure that aims to provide a variety of leadership opportunities for students across the college.
