Senior Boys Futsal

Our Year 11 and 12 boys had a fantastic day at Coburg Basketball Stadium, competing in a round-robin futsal tournament against a number of local schools. The atmosphere was energetic and competitive, with students fully immersing themselves in the action. 

Throughout the day, our teams demonstrated excellent teamwork, sportsmanship, and school pride, securing several well-earned victories along the way. Despite some tough competition, the boys finished strong, with the Year 12 team placing 3rd and the Year 11 team finishing 4th overall in a finals play off against each other. 

A big thank you to all the students who participated — your positive attitude and enthusiasm made the day a great success!

Senior Boys Basketball

Our senior boys proudly represented Glenroy College at the local Interschool Sports Competition, facing off against nine teams from across the region. The day was packed with energy, skill, and strong sportsmanship as our students competed fiercely across a series of games.

Both our Year 11 and Year 12 teams gave outstanding performances. With determination and teamwork on full display, the Year 11 boys secured a strong 4th place finish, while the Year 12 team claimed 5th place overall.

It was a fantastic opportunity for our students to showcase their athletic ability and school spirit, and we commend every participant for their commitment and respectful conduct throughout the day.
