Grade 3 & 4

Our 3/4 classes have made a fantastic start to the year. Students have settled beautifully into classroom routines and are demonstrating our three school rules — Be Safe, Be Respectful and Be Responsible — in all areas of school life. It has been wonderful to see how quickly they have embraced expectations and shown pride in their learning environment.

This week, students thoroughly enjoyed their swimming program at Yarra Swim. They participated enthusiastically in their hour-long sessions and demonstrated safe behaviours both in and around the pool. Staff were impressed with their positive attitudes, willingness to challenge themselves, and the way they supported one another in their groups.

In the classroom, students have been smashing their assessments and showing great effort across all learning areas. It has also been lovely to see new friendships forming and our cohort building a strong sense of teamwork and community. We are very proud of the way our students have started the year and look forward to an exciting term ahead
