Student Leadership 

Young Leaders Network 

We were proud to welcome 94 student leaders from Elisabeth Murdoch College, Woodlands Primary School, Langwarrin Primary School and Langwarrin Park Primary School for our Young Leaders Network Day.

The session began with a Q&A interview featuring our 2026 College Captains Monique, Max, Zhara, Charlotte and Zane, who shared their experiences, challenges and highlights of student leadership. Their insights gave primary students an authentic glimpse into leadership at secondary school.

Students then participated in four engaging leadership workshops exploring communication, teamwork, decision making and leading with empathy. The day strengthened leadership skills, built connections across schools and inspired students to lead with confidence in their own communities.

We are incredibly proud of the way all students represented their schools and embraced the opportunity to grow as young leaders.
