Term 3 Sport Highlights

Regional Athletics

We had a fantastic day out at the Southern Metropolitan Regional Track and Field Championships. We had 13 students represent CESC in a number of different events, with a-lot of our students coming home with medals and three of our students heading through to the Victorian state championships including Keerat (year 10) Blessing (year 12) and Billie (year 8).

Track and Field State Championships

Our Head of Sport teacher, Miss Henderson had the pleasure of being there to witness our three students Billie, Keerat and Blessing represent CESC at the track and field State Championships. The students did an amazing job and we are so proud of these superstars! All of their hard work and training paying off with many standing strong on the podium, results below:

Billie; *will be competing at Nationals in April, 2026.

• Gold Medal in 100m
• Gold Medal in Javlin 
• Silver Medal in 200m
• Silver Medal in Long Jump 

Keerat;

• Bronze Medal in Javlin 

Blessing;

• Seventh in 400m
