Kildare Campus Update
The rate of progress currently occuring at Kildare Campus is outstanding! In particular the brickwork which is going up at a rapid rate on our Specialist Building!
Stage 2 building works continue to progress as anticipated and we are still on track for completion at the end of April 2024.
Current Progress
- Specialist Building roofing - 95% complete
- Specialist Building wall framing - 100% complete
- Specialist Building rough in services - 90% complete
- Learning Building roofing - 70% complete
- Learning Building wall framing - 95% complete
- Specialist Building solar installation– 95% complete
- Learning Building solar installation– 10% complete
- Specialist Building window/door frame installation - 100% complete
- Slider door tracks to both buildings – 100% complete
- Specialist Building Facias – 75% complete
- Bricklayers commenced – 5% complete
- Plasterers commenced - 5% complete
Upcoming Progress
The Specialist Building is anticipated to be at lock up stage with some joinery to be installed before Christmas which is very exciting!
New Learning Hub
A new Learning Hub was installed at Kildare Campus last week next to our Stage 2 Learning Building and is a welcome addition that will provide more classroom and/or activity space as we grow next year. Once fitted out, the Learning Hub will also have a deck and garden installed around the perimeter, making for a highly functional and beautiful multipurpose space!
