This week can we please remind everyone of the following important dates:

Monday May 12th:

• Year 1 Manor Lakes Library Excursion: Event closed. No late payment and consent accepted.

Tuesday May 13th:

• School Photo Day One: Individual & learning group photos. Please refer to compass post to purchase your child’s school photos. 

Wednesday May 14th:

• School Photos Day Two: Sibling & School Leaders.

Thursday May 15th:

• SEP Writing Workshop (Selected Year 5 / 6 students)

Friday May 16th:

Uniform Exchange: 8:15am – 9:00am: Located outside next to Administration Building.

• National Walk Safely to School Day: Please refer to Compass post.

1. Year 4 First Nations Excursion: Payment and consent due May 13th. No late payment and consent can be accepted.
2. Year 2 & Year 3 African Drumming Incursion: Payment and consent due May 15th. No late payment and consent can be accepted.

School Saving Bonus reminder and allocation to school activities

The Victorian Government is delivering the School Saving Bonus (SSB) – a one-off support of $400 for eligible government school students from Prep to Year 12 in 2025. The SSB can be used for uniforms or school activities until Monday 30 June 2025.

Any funds remaining after 30 June 2025, including online voucher amounts that have not been redeemed, will become a credit to use on school activities. However, the credit will not be available on your family account at our school until late July. 

To use any remaining SSB funds to cover the cost of school activities in July, please refer to the SSB online system and allocate the funds to school activities before 30 June 2025.

The Department of Education’s SSB contact centre will remain available until 30 June 2025. The contact centre can be reached by: · completing the School Saving Bonus enquiry form calling 1800 338 663, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm on weekdays.

No Dogs on School Grounds

We would like to remind families that to ensure the safety of the community, dogs are not permitted on school grounds. Exceptions of course will be made for service animals or if prior approval has been obtained by the Principal. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
