Principal's Message 

Another big fortnight at LESC.

It has been nice to step into a rhythm of teaching and learning with lots of our incursions and excursions slowing to allow for normal classes to take priority.

Thank you to all parent and carers who booked into our hybrid approach to interviews with some families arriving to participate face to face whilst others met virtually via Webex online.

Our bookings were up and the feedback from staff was that they had more interviews than last year.

This is a positive progression toward increased engagement with our families.

Thank you to the staff for their preparation and participation to keep the parents and carers up to speed with their young peoples’ engagement, effort and academic progress.

I am a huge advocate for education being a partnership between school and home and this week was a terrific display of working alongside one another. 

I hope everyone is able to have a safe and restful long weekend enjoy the company of your loved ones, engaging in activities that bring you the most joy.
