Food Tech

It has been a busy and productive term so far in the Food Technology kitchen, with students continuing to develop their practical cooking skills and confidence through a range of hands-on activities.

Students have been busy designing, producing and evaluating a variety of dishes, including pancakes, chicken and bacon salad sushi, and pizza. Throughout the process, students have worked to the best of their abilities, applying their knowledge of food preparation, presentation and safe kitchen practices.

It has been wonderful to see students challenge themselves, try new skills and take pride in the dishes they create. The Food Technology classroom continues to be a place where creativity, teamwork and learning come together.

Well done to all students on their efforts and enthusiasm in the kitchen!
