Industrial Action Update

Families may be aware that members of the Australian Education Union (AEU) were scheduled to participate in protected industrial action on Wednesday 19th August.

Following the latest offer put forward, AEU members are currently voting on the proposed agreement. The ballot closes on Monday 17th August, at which time the outcome will be known.

Once the vote has concluded, we will have greater clarity on whether the planned industrial action will proceed. Should industrial action go ahead, the College will communicate any impacts or arrangements for students and families as soon as possible via Compass.

As a school, we respect the right of employees to participate in lawful industrial action and remain committed to supporting both our students and staff throughout this period.
