Welcome back to Term 2—we hope all families enjoyed a restful break.
A smooth return to school starts with a little preparation. Establishing consistent morning and evening routines, organising school supplies, and gradually easing children back into school-day habits can make a big difference.
We encourage families to begin adjusting sleep schedules to help children feel well-rested and ready for the day. Planning meals and snacks ahead of time, and involving children in packing their lunches, can also support independence and reduce morning stress.
Please remember that our wellbeing space is always available as a supportive option if your child is experiencing school reluctance. As a first step, we encourage you to connect with your child’s classroom teacher, who can work with you to provide helpful strategies and support.
