Arts Alight Sydney Excursion

Late last Term Year 11 Art students travelled to Sydney to experience all that is Vivid! They participated in various activities including attending the Brett Whiteley gallery, MCA workshop unpacking unseen images, Art Gallery NSW including the Archibald Prize and workshop, Vivid night cruise, Vivid Botanical gardens night experience.

The excursion was full of new experiences, art and the city.

Food Technologies

Last week Year 9/10 Food Technology students experimented with some Native Bush ingredients to create these delicious Lemon Myrtle Cheesecakes.

This is a part of their new Food Technology program in Food Service and Catering.
