Weaving

We have been fortunate to engage local weavers, Dannielle Pokarier Baker and Amy McCauley to facilitate an Indigenous Weaving workshop at St Mary’s.

This program ran last term and due to popularity is back this term with students from years 8, 9 and 10.

Naidoc Week Art

The delegation from Kolomotu’a in the Kingdom of Tonga came to Gunnedah recently to celebrate the first year of the Sister City relationship with the Gunnedah Shire Council

Her Royal Highness the Princess Angelika Lātūfuipeka Tukuʻaho of Tonga along with the Mayor enjoyed viewing the St Mary’s artwork at the NAIDOC exhibition.

Our senior student Rosie Snape also met with the princess.
