Djaaliny with Lillian Tan | Beyond Planners and Reminders: How Executive Skills Really Develop

She currently teaches at All Saints’ College and is the founder of B.I.G. Lillian Tan will be sharing her insights into executive functioning and why some capable young people struggle with organisation, emotional regulation, attention, and follow-through. You'll learn how adolescent development, nervous system regulation, and ADHD can impact everyday functioning, and gain a deeper understanding of the skills that underpin planning, independence, and resilience.
