Uniform Handbook Now Available 

The All Saints’ College Uniform Handbook is now available via MyASC. The handbook provides details on the required summer and winter uniforms, along with the guidelines and standards students are expected to follow when wearing their uniform.

We encourage you to review the handbook with your child to ensure you are familiar with the College’s uniform expectations.

Uniform Reminder

Our College uniform is an important part of our identity and helps foster a sense of belonging, pride and community. When students wear their uniform correctly, they represent both themselves and the College in a positive way.

As we move through the term, we kindly ask families to support us by ensuring that students leave home each day in the correct uniform and with all required uniform items. This includes attention to footwear, grooming standards and appropriate outerwear during the cooler months.

We know that maintaining high standards is most effective when the College and families work together. Your encouragement and support play a vital role in helping students understand that wearing the uniform correctly is not simply about following rules, but about demonstrating respect for themselves, their peers and our community.

WA Student Assistance Payment

Parents are now able to claim the WA Student Assistance Payment through the state government. Secondary students are eligible for payments of $250, while Kindergarten and primary school students will receive $150. You have until Friday 25 September to submit your claim through ServiceWA.

Removal of payment surcharges from 1 October 2026

The Reserve Bank of Australia has announced that card payment surcharges will no longer be permitted from 1 October 2026.

This means that All Saints’ College will no longer be able to apply credit or debit card surcharges to any payments made by EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa. The change will apply to tuition fees, as well as purchases and payments across both campuses, including the Wanju Café, canteen, uniform shop, fundraising events and ticket sales. The principle behind this change is simple: the price you see is the price you pay. Whether it’s a $6.50 coffee from the Wanju Café or a tuition fee instalment, the displayed amount will be the final amount charged when paying by card.

The College is currently reviewing the changes required to ensure compliance by the deadline, and will share further updates with the community as they become available.

Mobile Electronic Devices Reminder

As technology continues to evolve, it is important that students and families understand how the College’s Mobile Electronic Devices (MED) policy applies to all personal electronic devices used by students, including newer wearable technologies.

All Mobile Electronic Devices (MEDs) must be switched off and securely stored in student lockers from arrival at school until 3.25pm, unless being used under the direct supervision of a teacher as part of a learning activity.

Please note that the College’s definition of a Mobile Electronic Device includes not only mobile phones, earbuds, tablets and personal devices, but also wearable technology such as smart watches, AI-enabled glasses, and other wearable AI devices.

These devices are subject to the same rules and expectations as mobile phones. They must not be used for communication, recording, photography, internet access, artificial intelligence applications or social purposes during the school day, unless expressly authorised by a staff member.

We ask parents to support the College by ensuring students understand these expectations. Failure to comply with the MED policy may result in confiscation of the device and further disciplinary consequences in line with College procedures.

Old Saints' Walk Bricks
