5 Ways to Wellbeing

South West Sydney Local Health District Competition: 5 Ways to Wellbeing

We are incredibly proud of the 5 of our Year 10 students who have participated in a creative competition held by the South West Sydney Local Health District, focusing on the “5 Ways to Wellbeing.” This initiative encourages individuals to enhance their mental health through five key principles: Connect, Take Notice, Be Active, Give, and Keep Learning.

Every Wednesday, our dedicated students generously sacrificed their lunchtime to work on their artworks, exploring and expressing their chosen way to wellbeing. Their commitment and creativity have been inspiring, and we couldn’t be prouder of their efforts and the quality of their work. Congratulations to Alexis Tran, Tahlia Thai, Susan Nguyen , Davina Kong, Damian Cugalj and Kiera Suon for your fantastic effort.
