Dress for Success - Clothing Drive 

Earlier in the year, for International Women’s Day, we attended a breakfast hosted by Maroondah City Council. The guest speaker at the event, Leonie Bailey, President and Chair of Dress for Succes Victoria spoke about the impact her charity has, and this is an organisation we would love to support!

Dress for Success is a charity aimed to help women re-enter the workforce by offering business attire for job interviews and mentorship programs. This enables women to become financially independent, gain confidence and improve their lives and the lives of their families. Dress for Success helps women from all backgrounds, including those returning to work after motherhood, serious illness or abusive relationships.

In the first three weeks of term three, we will be hosting a donation drive for Dress for Success. We would really appreciate if over the holidays, you could clean out your wardrobes and donate what you can. Even one jacket can make a huge difference!

Dress for Success only accepts women’s business attire (any size) donations that are new or gently worn (only donate the item if you would give it to a friend). Please ensure all items are clean and without stains. 

Please bring any donations to the General Office from the 13- 31 July.
