Important MetroTas School Bus Timetable Changes from Term 2
Families are advised that the Department of State Growth (DSG) has announced updates to bus timetables across Greater Hobart as part of the Greater Hobart Bus Network Review, including services used by students.
From Sunday 3 May 2026, revised timetables will apply to Metro school bus routes.
These updates are designed to better reflect current travel conditions, with slight adjustments made to improve reliability and provide greater certainty around arrival times - rather than extending journey durations.
Families can access the updated school bus timetables by school and route via the Metro website (Term 2 school bus timetables).
We encourage all students and families to check their bus times ahead of Term 2, beginning Monday 4 May 2026, as some students may need to arrive at their stop earlier.
