2025 Parent Payments

Please find below, the 2025 Parent Payment booklets which contain information about the various contributions, payment options and, most importantly, what the monumental financial support from our parents has allowed us to build/install/purchase.

Additionally, you will find the following attachments:

• Split Billing Request for School Contributions form: Families interested in a split billing arrangement are required to complete the attached application and email to office@beaumarissc.vic.edu.au.
• 2025 Instrumental Music Program Handbook: To facilitate planning for 2025, enrolment applications for new Instrumental Music Program students are due by Thursday 5 December and can be submitted at reception or sent via email to office@beaumarissc.vic.edu.au.
• Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) Application Form:If you are HCC or PCC holder, you may be eligible for CSEF. Please complete the attached form and return it to reception or email to office@beaumarissc.vic.edu.au. The college will apply for these applications at the beginning of Term 1, 2025.
• State Schools’ Relief CSEF Uniform Package: For eligible Year 7 families.
