Connect Crew

Community Spirit in Action

Over the past fortnight, our Connect Crews have been busy making a real impact across the community and school grounds.

Connect Crew 6 rolled up their sleeves and tackled the potholes in the staff car park, helping to create a safer and more accessible area for everyone. They also uncovered a previously hidden pathway to improve safety at the school crossing. Their hard work and commitment to maintaining our school environment is something they should be incredibly proud of, as are we!

Meanwhile, Connect Crew 2 has begun their collaboration with Foodbank, Bunnings, and the local council to rejuvenate the garden area for Foodbank on Templeton Road. Their efforts are laying the groundwork for an exciting project next term when students will begin planting new vegetable gardens.

A special shout-out goes to Mitch Callinan, who has shown outstanding leadership in this project. Mitch has been instrumental in guiding the team, generously sharing his landscaping knowledge and inspiring others with his passion and dedication. Well done, Mitch, the Connect Crew team is lucky to have you!
