Canteen

Dear Parents, Guardians and Grandparents,

The canteen is seeking helpers in the canteen for 2026. Working in the canteen is great way to volunteer within the school and students love seeing family members helping in the canteen.

If you are interested in volunteering please complete the attached volunteer form and return it to the school office.

Please Note:  

All volunteers are required to be familiar with our child safety policies and procedures and understand the important role they play in maintaining a safe environment for all students. \

From 2026 onwards, volunteers must review a number of required policies and procedures and complete an Induction Form, before commencing any volunteering. 

The “Induction” Page is located on the school website under the “About Us” Tab: https://www.oatlandsps.vic.edu.au/induction. Please read all required documents and complete and sign the Induction Form on the same page to confirm your understanding. 

This process must be completed at the beginning of each year prior to volunteering. All volunteers require valid Working with Children Check.
