Art

Students have made an excellent start to the year in the Art Room.  We welcomed our new Prep students and got to greet our new grades across the school.  All grades began the year with an introduction to the expectations and values that we follow in the Art Room.  

Grades 1-4 have been working hard on a Cartoon Values Booklet, drawing a new cartoon each week using different mediums and different papers.  

Grade 5 students are working on a Cartoon Value Poster featuring different characters for each of our school values. 

 In the art room our Values Characters are Respectful Robot, Elephant Size Effort, Kind Koala, Resilient Rabbit and Creative Crayon.  We look forward to students bringing these home and putting some on display in the Art Room and in the corridor.
