CODA 2026

***MUSICLAND, Saturday!!!!!

Congratulations to the 16 students in our school ROCK BAND who performed at Music Land on Saturday 5th September! With state-of-the-art sound, visuals and lighting, Musicland is one of the best live music venues in Victoria, showcasing some of the biggest touring artists Australia has to offer- and our Bundoora Primary school kids ROCKED the stage! It was a huge amount of fun! 13 young bands crossing the stage from Hume Central SC, Lalor SC, Bundoora SC, Reservoir HS, St Mary’s Parish PS and of course my fabulous Bundoora PS Rock band!!! There were even performances from former BPS Rock band members who have gone on to perform in bands at high school- they were all so talented! What an amazing opportunity - thanks to Dave Sutton and Hume Central for organising it all and inviting us! Most of us were there before 12pm and stayed until the end at 3:30 to support all the acts- it was very much appreciated by all, allowing everyone to perform in front of a large crowd! 

GRADE 1/2 Mini-Concert: The Pirate Party!

The Pirate Party was a wonderful celebration of our Grade 1 and 2 students’ learning and creativity through the Performing Arts program. Written and directed by Mrs Nerida Newell, the performance took place in the Bundoora Primary School Hall on Tuesday 25th August at 5:45pm.

Our students shared their talents through drama, music, movement and performance, entertaining and delighting our families with their enthusiasm and confidence.

It was a wonderful evening celebrating the achievements of our Grade 1 and 2 students. Thank you to all our families for your wonderful support and for continuing to value and support the Performing Arts program at Bundoora Primary School. Thank you also to the teachers for their support on the night!

A Wonderful Book Week Performance by grades 3/4! 

What an amazing Book Week celebration we had at our school on Thursday 27th September 2026!

Our Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2 students had an absolute ball watching the grade 3/4 students bring 4 books to life as they performed with excitement, creativity and BIG smiles!

It was particularly special to see so many of our Year 3 and Year 4 parents and families come along to watch, support and celebrate with the students. Having such a wonderful audience made the event feel even more special, and the children were thrilled to have their families there cheering them on.

The 3/4 students have enjoyed watching their performances and those of other grades. I’m so proud of them all, especially those who stepped out of their comfort zones to perform! BRAVO legends!
