Important Message - Closure to College during first week of the School Holidays
Dear Parents, Carers, Staff and Students,
As previously communicated, works are continuing on site as part of our ongoing Capital Works program.
Asbestos Removal Works
As part of these works, some asbestos removal is required. The health and safety of our school and local community is our highest priority, and all identified asbestos will be removed in strict accordance with occupational health and safety regulations. WorkSafe Victoria will be notified.
A licensed asbestos removalist will carry out the works under the supervision of an independent occupational hygienist, who will also conduct air monitoring. No asbestos removal will take place while students or staff are on site.
School Closure
To ensure the safety of our community, the school site will be closed to all students, families, staff, contractors and members of the public from Saturday, 27 June to Sunday, 5 July inclusive. No access to the school grounds will be permitted during this time.
Following completion of the works, the hygienist will issue a clearance certificate before the site is reopened.
If there are any changes to these arrangements, further communication will be provided.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Regards,
Aaron Smith

A Reminder to Drive Safely Around Our College
We have recently received a call from a member of our local community asking us to remind families to take extra care when driving in and around the College, particularly during the busy drop-off and pick-up times.
The safety of our students, staff and community members is our highest priority. We kindly ask all drivers to:
Slow down and observe the speed limits.
Be aware of students crossing roads and entering or exiting vehicles.
Avoid double parking or stopping in unsafe locations.
Follow all parking and traffic signage.
Show courtesy and patience to other road users.
By working together and driving safely, we can help ensure that everyone arrives at and leaves the College safely each day.
Thank you for your ongoing support and cooperation.
