Year 9 Lead Carnival

Have you ever imagined dunking your favourite (or least favourite) teacher (because they gave you so much homework) while enjoying delicious sausages? Well, on May 4th, a group of students from Year 9 LEAD hosted a fun, engaging and school spirited dunk tank carnival. The carnival attracted a huge audience and almost $300 raised to design and create care packages for people sleeping rough in Melbourne. 

The 'lucky' teachers who sacrificed their comfort and dignity included Mr Baggiere, Ms Jewell, Mr Hocking, Mr Lyngcoln, Ms Ma, Ms Wallmeyer and Mr Sheers. 

Overall, the event went smoothly, and everyone had fun, either watching people get dunked or just eating sausages in the comfort of their dry clothes.
