Book Week 2024 - recap 📚

Well, another Book Week is officially behind us. The students at St Joseph’s were treated to a multitude of fun and engaging activities to celebrate this wonderful week in Australian education. Some of the activities that occurred across both campuses included:

• magical movies at lunchtime
• a magic beans guessing competition
• a scavenger hunt
• a book lucky dip
• magic folder activities
• a book mark design competition
• a book week LM Kahoot

Thanks to all the students who took part. Here in the library, we love sharing the magic of reading and seeing our students engage in all things book-related.

It’s September… that means… Footy Finals!

With the 2024 AFL Footy Finals beginning this week, the Brigidine Library has set up a display with AFL related non-fiction and fiction texts to appeal to all those footy-obsessed students. Get a kick out of reading these carefully selected texts before they are snapped up!
