Tickets are now available for the St Patrick's College MENtal Brekky on Friday, 24 October. This year's guest speaker is Patty Kinnersly, Chief Executive Officer of Our Watch, Australia’s leader in the primary prevention of violence against women.
The Brekky is the main fundraiser for the Chris Yeung Fund, which aims to raise awareness of and provide financial assistance for families in the SPC community where the father is suffering mental illness.
The Chris Yeung Fund was established by some of Chris’ former classmates, family members and close friends, who were determined to bring awareness and support to men’s mental health. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the passing of Old Collegian Chris Yeung (SPC 1975-81) to suicide.
