This week it was a pleasure to see music students represent the College at the Royal South Street Society Festival of Bands.
On Thursday, the Symphonic Winds Ensemble – led by Mr Matthew Pankhurst – competed in the Intermediate Concert Band section and were excited to be awarded an honourable mention for their efforts.
On Friday, the College Stage Band – led by Mr Tim Snibson – competed in the Intermediate Stage Band section and were proud to be awarded second place.
We would like to congratulate all of the students who competed in the Festival.
