Walert News
Welcome back to kindergarten for Term 4! We are excited to be back for what will be a busy last term.
This week, all of the kinder groups have been finishing their art work for the Festival of the Arts next Wednesday. There will be so much creativity and colour on display!
The kindergarten yard has really come to life after all of the wonderful Poornet Season rain during the two-week break. The children have been busy investigating the many changes that have happened and have been especially intrigued by the pear tree blossoms that are covering the yard like snow. This curiosity has led to children incorporating more plant material into their play outdoors by making magic potions, cakes in the sandpit and by decorating their block construction work with leaves and blossoms. We are looking forward to investigating plant growth in the coming weeks by planting seeds, sprouting beans and tending the garden to help it grow!
A reminder to please apply sunscreen to your child before each session. Sunscreen is available in the sign-in area.
