Spotlight on Dress Code - Student Policy
Our school is currently reviewing our Student Dress Code Policy to ensure it aligns with the Department of Education's updated guidelines and continues to meet the needs of our school community.
A key focus of the review is ensuring our school uniform remains high quality, affordable and accessible for all families. The updated Department policy also states that school uniform items worn from the waist down should not display branding or logos. This is already reflected in our current uniform expectations.
We are committed to supporting families by offering a second-hand uniform sale each term, with second-hand items also available for purchase through the school office throughout the year. Families experiencing financial difficulty are encouraged to contact the school confidentially, as support is available to assist with uniform costs.
School uniform plays an important role in fostering a sense of belonging, school pride and equity. We ask all students to wear the correct school uniform each day.
We value the feedback of our families, students and staff. If you have any suggestions or comments about our Student Dress Code Policy, please share them with the school office or email us by 15th Oct. Your feedback will help inform the review process.
