Physical Education on Springvale Campus

Our SLC students have had an amazing season of Winter sport, with both our AFL and Netball teams earning the opportunity to represent our school at the Division Finals at Greaves Reserve in Dandenong.

After winning their respective District competitions, our AFL and Netball teams progressed through to the Division Finals, earning the opportunity to compete against some of the strongest teams in the area.

Throughout the season, our students have developed a wide range of skills. Our AFL team worked hard on their kicking, handballing, marking, finding space, decision-making and teamwork. Our Netball team developed their passing, catching, leading, movement into space, defending and communication skills.

The Division Finals were a fantastic opportunity for our students to put these skills into practice. Both teams showed determination, resilience, teamwork and excellent sportsmanship supporting one another and representing our school with great pride.

Reaching the Division Finals is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the hard work and commitment shown by our SLC students. We are incredibly proud of both our AFL and Netball teams for their efforts and for the way they represented our school.
