Catholic Education Week

Last week was Catholic Education Week. This special week in our school calendar gives us the opportunity to celebrate all of the wonderful things about our school and parish community. 

Each year, students from our school attend a special Mass at St Mary’s Cathedral to celebrate Catholic Education Week across the south of the state. This year, it was our school cluster’s turn to assist with the organisation and facilitation of the liturgy. It was such a privilege for our school captain Logan Coulson to share the Acknowledgement of Country alongside the Acting Director of Catholic Education, Dr Terry McCarthy. Janelle Gurung was also a welcoming face for the students entering the Cathedral in her duties as an usher. Members of our Mission Team participated reverently and prayerfully during the Liturgy. 

Thank you so much to Liam, Edison, Alexis, Melisa, Ella, Janelle and Logan for representing John Paull II so beautifully. You make us very proud!
