Orientation Day

Brighton Secondary College was buzzing with excitement as we welcomed our 2026 Year 7 students for Orientation Day. The event gave students a chance to meet staff, explore the school grounds and facilities, and get a sneak peek of what life at BSC will be like.

Throughout the day, students rotated through a variety of engaging stations designed to introduce them to different aspects of college life. They showed off their skills on the basketball court with Chase Basketball, experimented with musical instruments, and met members of the wellbeing team. Students also settled into their home rooms, got hands-on in the food technology room making yummy nachos, and conducted fun science experiments using M&M’s, sparking curiosity and creativity.

Orientation Day was a wonderful opportunity for our incoming students to feel comfortable and confident in their new environment, meet future classmates, and begin their journey at Brighton Secondary College with excitement and enthusiasm. 

We look forward to officially welcoming our new students at the start of next year!
