Find Your Spark

Year 12 students Jai and Clay are turning their experiences into a learning opportunity for others with the launch of their new podcast series, Find Your Spark, produced in collaboration with SYN FM. 

The three-part series, which airs this month, takes listeners behind the scenes of the boys’ journey through the VCE VM (Vocational Major) and VET (Vocational Education and Training) programs, providing an honest and practical perspective on navigating these pathways.

Throughout the series, Jai and Clay share personal stories about the challenges they faced, the strategies they developed to stay organised and motivated, and the lessons they learned along the way. They also discuss the benefits of hands-on learning through VET, and how balancing academic and practical experiences helped them discover their strengths and passions.

The podcast aims to support other students by offering sound advice and encouragement, showing that success in VCE doesn’t have to look the same for everyone. Find Your Spark is more than just a reflection, it’s a guide for students exploring their own pathways, managing workloads, and finding inspiration in their studies.

The series will be available on the SYN Media website, with Episodes 1 and 2 out now and Episode 3 releasing on Tuesday, December 16. Students, parents, and teachers are all encouraged to tune in for the opportunity to hear Jai and Clay’s insights and gain inspiration from their experiences.
