Around the Primary Classes

Year 6
Our Year 6 students have enthusiastically begun their leadership journey for 2026. Each student wrote a thoughtful leadership statement outlining how they hope to positively impact our Primary School, showing great maturity and care for our community.
Many students bravely nominated for formal leadership roles, presenting speeches to their peers with confidence and preparation. In preparation for our Canberra experience, students also learnt about Australia’s preferential voting system, with leadership positions determined through this authentic process.
Through team-building activities, including the Spaghetti Tower Challenge, students strengthened their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. We are incredibly proud of the way our Year 6 cohort has embraced this process and look forward to seeing them grow as confident and compassionate leaders in 2026.
