SWPBS Awards 

School-Wide Positive Behavior Support (SWPBS) is a proactive, evidence-based framework used in schools to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment by explicitly teaching, modeling, and reinforcing expected behaviors for all students. Rather than focusing solely on reactive discipline, SWPBS establishes clear behavioral expectations across all school settings, creating a consistent and supportive culture where every student can thrive. 

 

Across the College we recognise this framework and bring it to life by celebrating the core values of Resilience, Compassion, Contribution, and Respect, recognising students each Friday with certificates that honor those who have demonstrated these qualities throughout the week. 

 

These weekly acknowledgements not only affirm positive behavior but also inspire a sense of pride and belonging, reminding students that who they are and how they treat others truly matters.
