PFA Meeting - AGM

The next Parents and Friends Association Meeting is our AGM, which will be held on Thursday 12th of March at 9am in the staffroom. 

During this meeting, we will select our President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer for 2026. All positions are open. This is an excellent opportunity to meet new parents. It is also a place where you can share your ideas for fundraising and how you would like to see the fundraised money spent on your children.

Last year, the PFA organised and helped with:

• Mother’s Day stall
• Father’s Day stall
• Springfest Harness Racing Night
• Springfest Ballarat Carols
• Springfest Market Sunday
• Second-hand uniform stall
• Christmas raffle
• Cooking BBQ at events and fundraisers
• Morning teas
• Library
• Pie drive
• Easter raffle

 All new and existing parents are encouraged to attend, and toddlers are most welcome!

Easter Raffle Donations

It's that time of the year again when we are looking for donations from our community for our PFA Easter raffle. Donated Easter items include, but are not limited to, toys, stationery, books, Easter eggs, decorations, etc. Please drop off all donations at the school administration office. The raffle will be drawn on the last day of term, Thursday 2nd April, and winners will be announced at the final assembly. Thank you in advance for supporting our Easter Raffle!

Second-hand Uniform Shop

The second-hand uniform shop will open tomorrow, Thursday 5th March from 3:15pm-3:30pm. All items are priced at $0.50c-$1.00 each. The shop is located in the portable building behind the tennis courts.
