Year 10 Ignite: Bookshelf Refurbish Update

In our last update, the Year 10 Ignite students had begun the task of revamping an old bookshelf as part of their Projects subject. Since then, they have made fantastic progress - painting undercoats, creating stencils, generating and designing decorative elements, spray painting, and most significantly, collaborating as a team.

This week, the group is in the final stages and ready to apply a protective layer of sealant to complete their work.

It’s been wonderful to see the students take such pride in their efforts. I’m certainly proud of what they’ve achieved together to repurpose piece of furniture!
