RETIREMENTS

We extend our gratitude to our teaching staff who have either retired or are transitioning into retirement. Your dedication and expertise have shaped countless lives and ignited a passion for learning.

BRENDAN MEERS

Retiring after a career with the Department of Education since 2002, and at McKinnon since 2018.

ANDREA FOWLER

Andrea has been at McKinnon since mid-2009, marking 15 years of service.

SU ROGERSON (CLASS OF 1982)

Su joined McKinnon in 2003 and contributed 19 years of service before taking leave in 2022. 

YEARS OF SERVICE

Our former Principal, Pitsa Binnion, was honoured for 40 years of service at the Department of Education’s 2025 Recognition of Service ceremony, which celebrates long-serving staff across Victoria.

The award was presented to Pitsa by Victorian Deputy Premier and Education Minister Ben Carroll.
